About Liberatus

Liberatus is the first UK recruitment agency offering both temporary and permanent jobs to people with criminal records. We connect motivated individuals with employers ready to give second chances - creating real opportunities and reducing reoffending. Founded on the belief that everyone deserves a second chance, Liberatus bridges the gap between criminal conviction and meaningful employment. We exist to break the cycle of reoffending by creating structured pathways into work – reducing risk for employers, building futures for candidates, and delivering measurable value for society.
