About Lieb School

Lieb School was built by real estate brokerage attorneys who turn complicated legal issues into clear, practical lessons for working agents. Our classes aren’t taught from a textbook. They’re based on real cases from the Department of State, NAR, REBNY, local boards, and arbitration panels, so agents learn what actually gets people in trouble and how to avoid it. The material is serious, but the delivery isn’t dry. We make the law easy to understand, easy to apply, and yes, even funny at times. Agents walk away informed, compliant, and far better prepared for the issues that can cost them their license.
