Lief provides a simple, scalable platform that enables schools to recognise positive behaviour in real time, track contribution across a wide range of activities, and generate structured, reportable data that supports leadership insight and inspection requirements. By making positive actions visible and measurable, schools can better understand their culture, evidence impact, and ensure recognition is distributed fairly across all students.
