We work closely with individuals to develop the skills they need to succeed in the workforce, while also partnering with employers to build diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplaces. Through our collaboration with non-profit organizations, healthcare providers, and community partners, we create tailored action plans to help job seekers gain the skills, confidence, and education necessary to thrive. Our one-on-one pre-employment services empower individuals to enhance their abilities and boost their self-esteem, preparing them for a successful career. We also work directly with employers, educating them on the importance and benefits of building workplaces that embrace diversity, equity, and inclusion, helping them understand the value of hiring people with disabilities. As a non-profit organization funded by the Government of Canada, we are dedicated to making a positive, lasting impact in our community.
