About Life Drawing Montmartre

The human figure as an art subject is one of the oldest themes in the visual arts. It is regarded as the most challenging, but at the same time the most satisfying of subjects to draw. The “Life Drawing Montmartre” (LDM) initiative offers untutored life drawing sessions to professional and amateur artists. Our subjects are always professional life models. In addition to weekly open workshops, LDM offers private life drawing classes for groups and anatomy for artists workshops. We hope to introduce you to the various approaches to figurative work as part of our temporary exhibits.
