With stations located in West Bend, Slinger, Grafton, Columbus and Waupun we offer a vast coverage area encompassing Washington, Ozaukee, Dodge, and Fond du Lac counties. We specialize in 911 response, prehospital transports, interfacility transports and special event stand-by. Our dedication to proactive, in-house training ensures that our EMS staff operate at their highest level. Lifestar also provides transportation services to individuals who are wheelchair bound. Our drivers are CPR and First Aid certified, and participate in quarterly, in-house training sessions.
