About Lift Our Voices

Lift Our Voices is a nonprofit initiative dedicated to creating positive, systemic change in the American workplace through the eradication of nondisclosure agreements for toxic work issues and mandatory arbitration clauses. Our mission is to create a seismic cultural shift where all current and former workers and volunteers are able to speak truth to power without adverse consequences and fear of retaliation through advocacy, counseling, support, and information services.
