About Light on Kundalini

Light on Kundalini makes the gifts of The Yoga of Awareness accessible to anyone. Explore our site to discover, learn, and deepen practice. Anyone can start today with a new healthy practice, guidance from a life coach and friendly approach to new beginnings. Give yourself a fresh new year of new beginnings! Unlike other physical yoga kundalini works on all the systems, organs, inside the glandular system and changes the pattern of subconcious behavior. I can offer you a 40 day meditation to work with addictions, relationships, diet, nutrition, weight, vitality, mental health (mind meditations), and we can discover your gifts, beauty, grace, and sense of humor in an enthusiastic way. No heavy disciplines to keep you from coming back, only a joyous observation to wanting to be a part of your own awakening!
