About LightWork AI

LightWork AI is an intelligent assistant built for modern property teams. From handling compliance renewals to managing viewings, messages, and repairs, our AI works behind the scenes to remove repetitive admin and give letting agents their time back. Our AI assistant, Felicity, automates email, SMS, and phone communication, making her your always-on coordinator. She tracks tasks, follows up with tenants and contractors, and keeps everything moving without you lifting a finger. We serve property managers, letting agents, and build-to-rent teams who want a more straightforward, innovative way to run operations. With LightWork AI, teams stay compliant, tenants remain informed, and managers focus on growth. — LightWork AI: Do less admin. Let Felicity handle it.
