Like Retail Marketing specializes in designing retail marketing programs that change shopper/driver behaviour. These programs give shoppers/drivers a worthwhile reason to shop your stores or petrol sites more frequently and to spend more of their weekly budget in your stores or at your petrol sites. Known as "Best Customer Marketing Programs" they will typically create a sales uplift of between 4% and 6% over a 4 to 6 month period. The sales increase will be generated by growth in the higher spend bands via a distinct shift in shopper behaviour. Operating internationally we work with many of the region's major retailers and leading petrol companies.
