Constitutional Law-We strive to uphold the constitutional principles and values bestowed upon us by our Constitution framers. 2. Service Law-Service regulations in India are benevolent legislations which protect the rights of individuals. We deal with Pension, Gratuity and Provident Fund matters along with matters arising out of selection procedure in various institutions. 3. Family Law-Having a holistic approach and understanding we endeavor to bring out the best alternatives for the parties in Succession, partition and custody matters. 4. Civil Law-Our highly qualified and expert civil lawyers deals with all kinds of civil matters including but not restricted to dispute arising out of commercial agreements, Recovery, suits partition, property dispute matters. 5. Criminal Law-Our office has established a reputation in criminal practice before the Supreme Court and High Court. We also have a presence before Trial Courts. Our forte lies in Criminal Matter, White-Collar Crime and Socio-economic Offences. 6. Banking laws-Our office has been handling several matters of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 for and against financial credit. 7. Taxation laws-We offer the services of professional consultancy as well as litigation in Taxation laws Customs Act, GST etc. Additionally, we also conduct series of Memorial Lectures as well as essay competitions.
