Established in 1991 and headquartered in Singapore, Lincotrade is an established interior fitting-out and building construction specialist with over 30 years of industry experience. Since inception, the Group has built a strong track record, having successfully completed more than 200 projects for major private property developers and construction companies in Singapore. Lincotrade provides a comprehensive range of services, including interior fitting-out works, additions and alterations (A&A), and building construction services. Its interior fitting-out scope covers space planning and layout, interior construction, and finishing works such as flooring, ceilings, partitions, doors, fixtures and fittings, as well as mechanical, electrical and plumbing works. The Group also undertakes A&A works involving minor alterations, extensions, conversions, upgrading, repair, and improvement works. In addition, Lincotrade is experienced in building construction services, particularly the construction of showflats and sales galleries. Sustainability is a key focus of the Group. Lincotrade actively reduces onsite energy consumption and construction waste, and uses environmentally friendly materials such as reconstructed or recycled laminates and veneers. The Group has been awarded the Singapore Green Label by the Singapore Environmental Council for its wooden panel doors made from sustainable materials. Lincotrade is registered with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) under the CR06 workhead with an L6 grading, allowing it to tender for government projects with no tender limits. Since 2006, the Group has operated an in-house carpentry processing facility. To further strengthen our manufacturing capabilities & overseas presence, subsidiaries were established in China (January 2024) & Malaysia (August 2023). In January 2025, Lincotrade acquired a 30% equity interest in Linc Venture Land Sdn. Bhd. to support long-term growth through property development and investment.
