LLOY Law is a bi-coastal law firm specializing in securities and investment regulation, estate planning, corporate law, and commercial litigation. The partners of LLOY Law are former legal service consumers who found some archaic practices of the industry ineffectual, and who personally experienced the frustrations of finding an attorney who understands and cares about the client’s challenges, or whose fees were not so expensive as to be impractical. Our core belief is that attorneys have the ethical obligation to provide high-quality services to their community big and small. Our duty is especially critical in a world of rapidly shifting markets, transformative technology, and complicated government interfaces that have become increasingly impossible to navigate.
