We are Residential and Buy to Let mortgage brokers, we are not attached to any particular lender, meaning that we work in your best interest. James Lindon-Travers established the practice in 1996 to provide bespoke advice, his overriding principle is to provide a first class service to all our clients. The business has grown organically since inception. We can access a range of mortgages from over 50 of the UK’s best known lenders, but not deals that are only available directly from the lenders. We will advise and make a recommendation for you on a first charge mortgage after we have assessed your needs. We specialise in all types of first charge mortgages, ranging from First Time Buyers to experienced property investors. We also offer advice on a range of insurance products from some of the UK’s best known insurers, we will be able to advise and arrange contracts on life and critical illness assurance to buildings and contents insurance.
