About Lindstrom Restoration

Lindstrom Restoration and our team of professionals have been restoring damage since 1953. Our approach stems from our compassion for how difficult it can be for our clients to live through the tragedy of a loss and then endure the emotional roller coaster ride that restoration can cause. We believe that managing our clients experience is just as important as the actual finished restoration project itself. Many restoration companies rely on one team member to help each client through sales, design, estimating and project management. In our industry this is called, “Write and Run.” In contrast, Lindstrom Restoration uses a team approach that pairs a focused Estimator with a dedicated Project manager who utilizes our experienced Crew and specialty contractors. We believe who you partner with to restore your home or business has a lasting effect on your ability to totally recover from a loss. We are confident that our people, our process and our quality workmanship will make the difference for our clients long term. Minnesota experienced over 14,000 fire incidents in 2015 averaging over $600,000 in fire damage cost per day. For every client, experiencing a loss from fire or water is devastating and leaves most people not knowing where to turn to for help. It is difficult to imagine life returning to normal after a fire, but it can and it will. Our Core Values Guide Each Decision: | Love What We Do (Passion) | | Do The Right Thing (Integrity) | | Focus On Quality (Craftsmanship) | | Care For Others (Compassion) | | Be THE Team (Teamwork) | | Never Quit (Grit) | We are driven to provide an employee and client experience that accomplishes 3 purposes: 1.) Happy Employees 2.) Satisfied Clients 3.) Sustainable Margins.
