Linfoot Country Homes is a house building company specialising in upmarket small scale developments (between 5 and 40 properties) in Warwickshire and the South Midlands. All developments have a unique identity as highly experienced architects design schemes that reflect the size and layout of the sites as well as complementing the character and nature of the adjoining area. Great consideration is given to conservation areas, the local ecology and the use of appropriate materials and landscaping. It is an active member of the Considerate Constructors Scheme, which was set up to promote best practice in construction, and has won three National company awards, achieved most Considerate Company Runner Up twice and in 2016 was named Most Considerate Company nationally in its turnover category for its consideration towards the public, its workforce and the local environment.
