About LinkLogix

Linklogix was founded by industry operators who lived the challenges firsthand. As experienced leaders in Canadian customs brokerage and freight forwarding, we transitioned our business to CargoWise and quickly realized the gap in the market: consultants who knew the software but not the realities of running a logistics company. After investing heavily with little return, we took control—becoming CargoWise experts ourselves and rebuilding our operations from the inside out. Now, we help others do the same. Linklogix offers practical, tech-driven solutions for freight forwarders and customs brokers—delivered by people who’ve been on both sides. No fluff. No generic playbooks. Just real operational expertise that drives results.
