As a 3x founder, I've personally experienced the isolation and confusion that can happen while building a company. The success didn’t teach me much, however the failures taught me greatly. I needed someone to talk to. I had numerous questions to ask and I looked for unbiased, direct feedback and guidance to help me gain focus and direction. Hands-on experience, thousands of books, years of personal development certification and studies later, has built me into becoming the coach & mentor that I would have wanted for myself, and the type of coach I wanted to be for others. If it’s business, personal, or personal business, I help ambitious founders and executives navigate burnout, manage self-doubt, and build healthy relationships to thrive both personally and professionally. My core values are being authentic, honest, friendly, approachable, and highly direct in my coaching style, creating a safe container that embodies presence and laser focus listening.
