Liquuid Home Ownership intends to reshape home ownership and investment, one slice at a time. Here’s the reality: • Millions of Canadian home owners are indebted to their limit; • Millions more Canadians can’t afford to get into the real estate market and are forced to rent; • Millions of retirees or soon-to-be retirees are facing the prospect of downsizing or taking a reverse mortgage against their properties in order to fund their retirement; and, • Millions of investors from Canada and from around the world would love to invest in Canadian residential real estate without the burden of being a landlord or dealing with ever changing tax and regulatory landscape. The crux of their problems is that homes are indivisible. You either own a home or you don’t. Liquuid Home Ownership exists to fix this problem.
