Listen & Lead Coaching works with women in transition — the named ones like retirement, empty nest, widowhood, reinvention, or a leadership shift, and the quieter ones that don't yet have a name. Sometimes the outside of your life has changed and your inner sense of self hasn't caught up yet. Sometimes it's the other way around — the outer life still looks the same, but something inside has started to shift. Either way, the disorientation is real, and you don't have to figure it out alone. Coaching here looks like honest, spacious conversation. No frameworks pushed on you. No advice. No five-step plan to the next chapter. The work is helping you listen to what your own life is trying to tell you — and walking alongside you as you figure out what comes next. Founded by Ruth Bergman, ACC — an ICF-credentialed coach based in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Before coaching, Ruth spent 30+ years as an adult educator and organizational leader, including seven years as Director of Education at The Zekelman Holocaust Center.
