About Litehaus

Litehaus is a marketplace and AI-powered platform that connects all the players involved in building a home. Clients can describe their project in simple terms and instantly explore designs, visuals, and realistic 3D renders. Litehaus then helps estimate construction costs, review financing options, and match each project with the right local builders and specialists. At its core, Litehaus brings together architects, builders, developers, landowners, and financing partners in one place. By centralising design, pricing, and execution, we remove friction, reduce uncertainty, and make construction easier to navigate. Litehaus is built for anyone involved in construction, from individuals building their first home to professionals delivering complex projects. Our goal is to create a trusted marketplace where projects move forward with clarity, speed, and confidence. We are not just digitising construction. We are building the infrastructure that allows the construction ecosystem to work better, together.
