About Little Beginnings Daycare and Learning Centres

At Little Beginnings, we are committed to nurturing the whole child through a curriculum-based approach that fosters individual growth, curiosity, and a sense of belonging. Our mission is to provide a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where children feel valued and empowered to explore their world through play, creativity, and hands-on learning. As the only curriculum-based early learning facility in Bruce, Grey, and Simcoe counties, we utilize Ontario’s 'How Does Learning Happen?' pedagogy and the 'Elect Document' to shape our programs, with a strong emphasis on early literacy through the Heggerty Program. Our STEAM-inspired approach encourages children to develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills while building strong connections within our centre and the broader community. Our dedicated team of educators and staff work together to ensure that every child feels safe, loved, and supported, fostering a sense of belonging that extends to families and the local community. We are proud to provide an environment where little beginnings lead to big futures.
