Newsflash: You are the expert on your life. You already know what feels good to you -- What doesn’t work for your lifestyle What you want to do next. But maybe you’ve been trained not to listen to yourself, or doubt your intuition. As your coach, I’ll teach you how to quiet the noise of “should” (you should do this, you shouldn’t do that) and turn up the volume on what you already know. You’re a businesswoman; a mom; a creative; a side-hustler; a volunteer. How are you supposed to play all of those roles while also taking care of YOU? Girl — it’s exhausting! And I totally get it. But here’s the thing: when your energy and belief in self is the one thing standing between you and crushing your goals, that’s when it needs to become your top priority. Let’s tackle your confidence and self-belief once and for all so you can move on with your life and swap focusing on worrying about what others might be thinking, and really focus on your small business, or whatever else it is that drives you.
