Living Purpose Mental Health Counseling, PLLC is a private practice that provides high quality evidenced-based treatment services via tele-health for individual adults ages 18 and older. We are a team of compassionate therapist committed to helping our clients improve their quality of life through therapy. Our therapists use a range of modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person Centered, Mindfulness Based Strategies, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and other evidenced based approaches to help achieve individualized treatment goals. Our values are rooted in Faith, Purpose, Compassion and Hope. Living Purpose Mental Health Counseling welcomes individuals from diverse backgrounds who are looking to improve their mental health and quality of life.
