David’s most recent exit was the sale of 103-105 Macdougal Street for $50mm in 2023 after purchasing the property alongside his partner at Davean Holdings for just $22.25mm in 2020. Prior to purchasing his own properties, David brokered over $500mm worth of NYC real estate transactions with Marcus & Millichap.
