C Structural Analysis & Responsibility Digital systems are organisational systems. We analyse them accordingly. * Influence and decision-making structures * Responsibility and compliance frameworks * Data protection as a structural component of digital systems * Assessment of AI-supported processes We clarify structures before they become risks. Our clients include municipalities such as Davos, Klosters and Malans, cantonal schools including Kantonsschule Graubünden, tourism organisations including Engadin Tourism and graubünden Bike and cultural institutions including Memoriav, Switzerland's state-backed cultural heritage body. Together with partners, we have implemented projects like KulTOUR — a cultural guide for bike tours in the Upper Engadin. We see ourselves as a research lab- collaborating with ETH Zürich, the University of Zürich and ZHAW to push the boundaries of digital cultural infrastructure.
