About Locus Africa

Locus Africa is a mission-driven Social Enterprise dedicated to bridging the gap between human potential and opportunity across the continent. We do not just teach skills; we build bridges to dignity. Our mission is to identify, mobilize, upskill, and place underserved, disabled, marginalized, and economically disadvantaged Africans into real, tangible economic opportunities. We believe that empowerment is incomplete without a destination. That is why we focus on creating defined pathways for meaningful work, ensuring our community members can earn, grow, and build sustainable careers or businesses that transform their lives and their families. At Locus Africa, we are moving beyond traditional training. We are creating an ecosystem of economic inclusion where talent meets a marketplace designed for growth. Join us as we work together to shape a more inclusive and brighter future for Africa.
