About Lodge Consulting Inc.

Lodge Consulting ("The Lodge") is an Indigenous-led and owned consulting firm that specializes in advancing reconciliation efforts through comprehensive and strategic partnerships between Indigenous communities, government and industry. At the heart of our approach is a dedication to advocating for Indigenous communities in their pursuit of generational wealth. At The Lodge, wealth encompasses more than just economic reconciliation; it includes a holistic approach grounded in the philosophy that "no one should go without, and you only take as much as you need." Our services are centered around four key areas: -Government & Indigenous Relations: We provide expert guidance in building and sustaining productive and reciprocal relationships between Indigenous communities and government bodies, aiming to create solutions and agreements that honor and advance Indigenous rights and interests. -Strategic Reconciliation Action Planning: As a cornerstone service to guide organizations and government bodies towards meaningful reconciliation initiatives. This service involves creating customized action plans that outline clear, achievable steps for integrating reconciliation into daily operations and long-term strategies. Expert advice and capacity building on policy development for and by Indigenous peoples is included. -Organizational Growth & Fund Development: We assist Indigenous organizations in achieving sustainable growth and financial stability. Our team offers insights into fund development strategies, grant writing, and resource allocation that align with community values and long-term goals. -Strategic Communications: Understanding the power of communication, we craft tailored messaging that supports our clients’ objectives in reconciliation and and community engagement.
