About LOF Defence Systems Ltd.

What began as a high school science fair project over 13 years ago has evolved into one of Canada’s most advanced manufacturers of body armour and carrier systems. At LOF Defence, we engineer hard and soft armour with true multi-hit capabilities—built not just for survivability, but for real-world performance. Our carrier systems are modular, field-repairable, and designed to reduce back-face trauma while increasing comfort and mobility. Every product we make is tested and refined with active duty law enforcement, and military professionals. We don’t just manufacture—we solve problems through hands-on collaboration and constant iteration. Our mission is simple: to protect those in the line of fire with gear that lasts longer, performs better, and adapts to the mission.
