About Loka

What you develop matters. At least we think so. We're Loka, a remote software consultancy based in Silicon Valley that moves innovations to market faster. We help build the apps, deploy the tech, and ideate innovations for fascinating startups – the kind with an impatience to make an impact and funding from premier VCs including Sequoia, Greylock and Menlo Ventures. Our full-cycle team of elite engineers, developers, and designers also work behind the scenes with Fortune 500s such as Coca-Cola, Dyson, Gatorade, and Novartis. If you’ve enjoyed products from these brands in the last 17 years, odds are we’ve helped them with innovations along the way. We’re curious, experience obsessed, and remote first. And we’re always looking for talent who love to be challenged. We make sure every Lokal feels equipped to upskill. So much so that when we're not launching products for clients, we're developing our own innovations in LokaLabs™ - our internal R&D. LokaLabs™ gives Lokals a chance to play with moonshot technologies to solve persistent and underserved societal challenges. One of our latest releases is LokaPulse™ (loka.com/lokapulse), an app born from our teammates that determines your heart rate from a selfie. Want to join the team? Need talent now? Reach out.
