On April 1, 2020 Frank A. Lombardi and Mary-Joy "MJ" Howes formed Lombardi Law Group, LLC. Frank and MJ have over 40 years of experience providing a wide range of legal services to over 200 Rhode Island condominium associations, unit owners, property managers, developers, and association lenders. Although Lombardi Law Group was recently founded in April of 2020, Mary-Joy “MJ” Howes and Frank A. Lombardi are no strangers when it comes to condominium law practice. With decades of experience, both share a passion for helping unit owners, association lenders, condominium associations, property managers, and developers with the guidance and support they need. Now, the two have joined forces to offer Rhode Island and Massachusetts with comprehensive and distinguished condominium law services.
