About LONDON BEYOND TIME AND PLACE

London Beyond Time and Place is an interdisciplinary cultural platform founded by writer, historian, and tour guide Philipp Röttgers (M.A.). We explore London through the intertwined lenses of history, literature, music, and urban culture, offering immersive experiences that go far beyond the usual tourist paths. Combining academic research, public history, creative storytelling, and on-site exploration, London Beyond Time and Place connects the city’s hidden layers with the people who live, work, and travel here. Our mission: to reveal the stories beneath the surface of London — and bring them vividly to life. Whether through guided walks, lectures, online content, or collaborative cultural projects, we create meaningful access to the city’s past and present for visitors, students, artists, and London-lovers around the world.
