LBA is an engineering consultancy specialising in tunnelling, underground works and heavy civil engineering construction. Our team consists of construction managers, construction planners, engineers, geologists, surveyors, design managers, assurance managers, commercial managers and health and safety managers, all with extensive experience of underground construction or heavy civil or multi-disciplinary engineering works. This team of specialists combine their practical engineering experience with a proven ability to implement partnering, collaborative working, value engineering, and continuous improvement.
