I'm a central-London based therapist offering psychotherapy, counselling and coaching. • One to one therapy for as many sessions as you need. • I also offer Skype and telephone counselling. • Special interests - psychosexual issues and addiction/recovery. How much does it cost? • £50 per 50 minute session. • Fridays (incl evenings), Saturday daytime, and Wednesday evenings available. What do you need to talk about? •I work with depression, anxiety and identity. Perhaps your feelings have slowly become unmanageable over time. Perhaps you’re in crisis, or wondering why something in your life keeps on not working out. • Perhaps your life is being impacted by physical health issues, or you are being judged and labelled for something you are, rather than something you have any choice over. •Therapy isn’t always easy, and I can’t promise that you’ll always leave my therapy room feeling happy. But I strongly believe that when we work together, we’re going on the same journey together. There’s no need to struggle on alone – two heads are generally better than one. About me I’m in my mid-40s. As an author and broadcaster I’ve freelanced in the media for many years, which can be exciting and creative, but it’s not always a nurturing environment. I know about juggling work and life and feelings about yourself and your past that are stopping you moving on.
