At London Family Chiropractic, I use the McTimoney technique, a relatively gentle chiropractic form that treats joints using rapid adjustments and immediate release. Since completing my degree at the McTimoney College of Chiropractic and practising in clinic for seven years, I have seen the huge benefits that this treatment can bring to people's well-being. I believe passionately that McTimoney can help the body to unlock its own healing potential and that it is a key step towards wellness, particularly for people who are suffering pain and discomfort as well as those who want to maintain and optimise their health.
