LISA We are an Inclusion Sports provider offering accessible, trauma-informed opportunities that support people of all abilities. Our goal is to promote health, wellbeing, and community connection through joyful, meaningful activities. WHO LISA is for everyone, especially those facing unfair health outcomes. This includes people impacted by poverty, gender inequality, racism, disability, or marginalisation due to identity. Our programmes are co-produced from the ground up; shaped by young leaders, ongoing conversations, and what our community tells us matters. We deliver free weekly Inclusion Sports sessions, led by experienced coaches, in safe, welcoming environments. In partnership with schools, local councils, NHS services, and VCSE organisations, we run impactful, high-quality programmes. MAJOR Programmes Go! Go! Ninja! Our creative laser tag experience for underserved children and young people. A trauma-informed alternative to traditional sport, it encourages structured play, builds resilience, self-regulation, and confidence in a fun, non-judgemental setting. We Like To Move it! Two weekly classes mixing strength, conditioning, and rave dance. These sessions offer a safe, supportive space where adults with learning disabilities can improve health through group exercise. SEND HAF Funded through DfE, our Holiday Activities and Food programme is tailored for children and young people with SEND. LISA Academy We support young people with EHCPs through structured, supported internships in partnership with employers and training providers. Through partnerships with Special Olympics and London Youth Games, we create competitive sport opportunities that bring recognition and achievement. LISA HUB Our super-powered hub strengthens systems and grows community capacity. Through innovation we promote physical, mental, and emotional outcomes, grounded in our values: Sport, Inclusion, People, and Health. Inclusion is not just what we do—it’s who we are.
