About London Works

London Works is a recruitment agency with a difference, committed to our clients, our candidates and our communities. We offer a professional and competitive recruitment service to our clients, who range from large international companies to local SMEs, by placing permanent, contract and temporary workers into support, administrative and secretarial functions. As a social business we invest our profits into employability initiatives across east London, supporting the economic and social regeneration efforts of our parent charity East London Business Alliance (ELBA), the leading regeneration charity in east London. We are a trading subsidiary of ELBA, which facilitates corporate investment from over 100 companies and partners, including some of the region's largest employers, into community programmes across east London boroughs. ELBA has over 20 years’ experience enabling partnerships between businesses and the community, and places over 800 people a year into work through its award-winning employment programmes.
