About Lopos

We specialize in proximity warning solutions that help industrial environments become safer and more efficient — while avoiding costly damage to valuable assets like industrial doors, conveyors, AGVs, etc. Our patented plug & play solution combines wireless and AI camera technologies, which are tailored to the specific risks and needs of each site. Founded in Belgium, Lopos emerged as a visionary project from the collective minds of 4 founders. It quickly transitioned from a spin-off of imec, UGent, and the IDLab research group into a prominent player in the international market of safety warning systems, dedicated to keeping people safe. The North American office is situated in Toronto (Canada). The company is headquartered in the Ghelamco Arena in Ghent - Belgium and linked to co-working space Meetdistrict in Antwerp, Brussels and Ghent.
