From a practical standpoint, by offering a holistic and integrative approach, which addresses mind, body, spirit and relationships, we can provide comprehensive and interdisciplinary ways of treating the whole person, couple or family through coordination of care among all our healing professionals. We know the stresses of growing up, parenting, juggling a career and family, staying connected in relationships and living in the fast paced environment of the D.C. area. These stresses can be overwhelming at times and can impact your mood, relationships, physical and spiritual health and ability to thrive. We’re here to help. Lotus Point Wellness offers unique, holistic and integrative counseling and wellness practices devoted to helping our clients develop the skills needed to create a meaningful, healthy, and whole-hearted life. Our services include evidence-based approaches that look at wellbeing through a strength-based, attachment-informed model and the interactions and connection of mind, body and spirit thus providing healing from the inside out.
