About Lotus Therapy & Counselling Centre

We are a team of Clinical Counsellors with graduate degrees and specialized training. We use evidence-based treatment approaches grounded in neuroscience to best meet your needs. At Lotus Therapy, we work from a number of approaches that go beyond talk therapy and focus on relationally oriented somatic therapy and draw on interpersonal neuroscience. These modalities are very effective at alleviating the distress that results from trauma.
