About Louise Siwicki

It feels my life purpose was to become a Fertility Empowerment Coach, but man, did I find that out the hard way. Yes, it’s early to be talking about the six-year fertility battle that changed my career—which included accounting at the world’s most famous strip club and a national development manager role—as much as it changed me. But it’s the reason I do what I do, and why it’s much more than a job. It’s my passion to support women’s mindset and mental health through the journey of infertility. Since 2019, as a qualified Hypnotherapist and practitioner of NLP &Time Line Therapy, I’ve worked with hundreds of women globally to remove psychological blocks preventing them conceiving. It’s my role to transform my clients’ mindset to get them to a place where they truly believe they will become a mum when the time is right—and to accept sometimes we can’t control over how that looks. To look at what programming is creating the story they tell themselves. To support them to create a new empowering story about their fertility journey. To have them realise you can find joy on that journey. I’m open about my story because it lets women feel comfortable sharing their own, and shows they’re not alone and there is life on the other side of infertility. The short version is my external achievements—Dr of advanced studies in psychology (HD) business degree, extensive travel, confidence which saw me talk my way into Peru without a passport—meant nothing when my husband and I wanted kids. I was 31. Until I was 37, we did every reproductive and fertility treatment you can think of. In 2017 my specialist told me to take six months off. The mental and physical stress had led to coeliac disease, adrenal fatigue, depression. Seeing coaches and hypnotherapists, I uncovered so much about what was behind my lack of self-worth that manifested as infertility: unresolved guilt and fear around growing up with a beautiful brother with a major disability. I stripped back the layers and started to heal. Since 2018, we’ve had two sons and a daughter. Three babies and the realisation our minds and bodies are completely linked led to me also birth my business. As well as private clients, via group programs and consulting I’m working with corporates around fertility in the workplace, how it affects productivity and the importance of organisations supporting women on the journey. One in six women globally struggle to conceive. My goal is to make an impact on those rates and help women really take control of their fertility journey.
