Love and Flour by Pooja is a digital-first baking education platform that empowers women through accessible, professional-quality, egg-free baking workshops. Founded in 2020, we have taught over 20,000 women across India and globally, many of whom have gone on to launch their own small baking/culinary ventures. Our structured workshops combine detailed video lessons, live support, and community engagement to help women from all backgrounds build confidence and create income-generating opportunities from their own kitchens. At the heart of our initiative is the belief that skills lead to independence. Whether it’s a stay-at-home mother, a college student, or a woman exploring second careers — our mission is to enable growth, creativity, and self-reliance through baking. We are proudly a women-led, all-women team, creating impact through education, community, and entrepreneurship — one recipe at a time.
