Who we are We are a Hamburg-based financial advisory company dedicated to you, our clients, across the globe. Our cross-border instruments cover debt, equity, mezzanine financing where traditional or local financing is either not in line with your expectations or not available at all. We have a very close collaboration with LPJ in Hamburg. What we do A. Debt raising advice resulting in 1. Long-term Export Credit Agency (ECA) backed loans for your projects with more than 50% imports from Europe or Asia 2. Long-term Development Financing Institution (DFI) loans for your projects with a significant positive impact on the environment, social matters, the host country, etc. 3. Revolving facilities for your recurring ex- or imports by DFIs or commercial banks B. Equity /Mezzanine raising for 1. Projects in renewable energies 2. Real estate projects Where we work In principle, our solutions are applicable worldwide. We do, however, have the strongest footprint in the following regions / countries: Middle East, Türkiye (esp. Türkiye, Saudi Arabia, UAE) Africa (esp. East Africa) CIS countries (esp. Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan)
