About Lucena

Lucena is an executive search firm working exclusively in the technology sector. We combine the network and rigour of a global search firm with the lateral thinking and flexibility of an independent, specialising in international senior-level search campaigns for VC- and PE-backed businesses in the digital media and software industry. For us, it’s not about filling a gap. It’s about finding the perfect candidate with the skillset, expertise and personality to fit and flourish. That’s why we take the time to build an in-depth understanding of your vision, your business model, your people and your culture – and consider ourselves your partner and brand ambassador. Over the last decade, we’ve had the pleasure of meeting and working with some of the most influential tech-savvy leaders across Europe. As such, we have built an extensive and unrivalled network – something our clients and candidates benefit from accordingly. Whether you plan to expand globally, launch a new product, improve the effectiveness of your digital strategy or prepare your business for a successful exit, we can help you find high-impact leaders and build winning teams.
