Lucky Duck Group is a coastal Southeast US real estate investment firm built around three complementary disciplines: CFO-grade finance, capital program operations, and hands-on construction execution. We operate a two-track portfolio: David’s long-hold multifamily lane for durable cash flow, and Emily’s ground-up coastal development lane for shorter-hold appreciation. We invest our own capital first in every deal. If we’re not writing the first check, we’re not showing it to investors.
