About Lumi Tour

About Us Crafted by People Who Know Travel We are a team of seasoned travel professionals with more than 20 years in the industry and a track record of serving over 2 million travelers annually. Our founders cut their teeth as managers and directors across boutique agencies and market-leading tour operators. Together they opened new destinations, designed signature excursions, and created unforgettable moments for thousands of guests. What began as a shared passion for hospitality brought Thai, Turkish and Russian experts together in Thailand to build a company with one clear purpose: to combine vision, craft and local knowledge so every journey becomes exceptional. A New Generation. Fresh Perspectives. We are not bound by old formulas. As a new-generation travel company, we design beyond standard packages, creating tailored journeys that reflect each traveler’s curiosity, comfort and values. Whether it’s a handcrafted group itinerary, an intimate bespoke tour, or a business travel solution, our approach is simple and bold: personalize, refine, deliver. Personal Care. Professional Craft. Our motto is personal care, service built on deep expertise. We bring professional excellence in hotel contracting, operations, excursions and on-the-ground service. We challenge the market by offering flexible, client-first solutions that prioritize experience over one-size-fits-all logic. Sustainable by Design Responsible travel is part of our DNA. We champion eco-friendly practices and actively support local communities so tourism strengthens, not diminishes the places we visit. Our goal is to create travel that preserves natural beauty and cultural heritage for generations to come. We Listen. We Adapt. We Deliver. If you seek memorable journeys, meaningful partnerships, and a team that treats your guests like our own, let’s create something remarkable together.
