Looking at the Market opportunity the companies full share was bought by the existing Director and Other Director Ishan Sinha in beginning of 2024. LMDL continue to be exclusive partner for iVascular for their Peripheral and Coronary Products. LMDL imports and distribute medical devices for Coronary & Peripheral applications for the Indian healthcare market. Luminor is dedicated to developing advanced medical devices and therapies to improve patient’s quality of life. The company was founded in 2019 in Gurugram, India, with the aim of becoming a leader in the vascular field by leveraging technology and innovation. The founding team has over 40 years of experience in the vascular devices industry. Luminor Medical Devices also has two manufacturing units in the states of Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh in India.
