About Lumis Living

Introducing Lumis, a premier accommodation provider offering a unique blend of comfort, convenience, and community. We currently have student accommodation in the vibrant cities of Graz, Leipzig, Vienna, Cardiff, and Leicester, and we are expanding our reach across Europe. In Austria, Lumis boasts two state-of-the-art sites in Graz and Vienna. Further enhancing our international footprint, Lumis proudly presents a contemporary residence in Leipzig, Germany, providing students with a home away from home. Excitingly, Lumis has its sights set on new horizons, with the construction of a dynamic student housing project underway in the heart of Dublin, Ireland. Additionally, a promising site in Portugal is in the pipeline, promising to bring the Lumis experience to even more students seeking modern, secure, and vibrant living spaces. Looking to the future, Lumis is diversifying its portfolio to include co-living spaces and serviced apartments catering to young professionals and location-independent professionals. This expansion will offer flexible, community-oriented living solutions that bridge the gap between student accommodation and traditional rentals. Elevate your living experience with Lumis - where every location is not just a place to stay but a community to thrive in, whether you're a student, a young professional, or anyone seeking a dynamic and supportive living environment.
