Lunsklip Fisheries Group was founded in 1972, producing live and processed trout for the South African markets and disease-free certified trout ova for the international market. Our trout farms specialise in live sales, trout production and processing, and ova exports from Trova Trout. Also known as The Trout People, service delivery is our motto. We offer the full range and value chain of trout products, we deliver an extensive range of processed trout products to restaurants and the hospitality industry throughout South Africa Lunsklip Fisheries is a national live fish supplier to approximately 70% of South Africa’s trout dams, streams and aquaculture farms. Trova Trout suppliers export quality genetics of disease-free certified trout ova to the international market Our farms include Lunsklip Fisheries located in the Kwena Basin (near Dullstroom and Lydenburg), Trova Trout located in Sabie, and Bushman's River Trout located in the Drakensberg. All our sites are known for our pristine water quality and environmentally friendly and sustainable farming practices. The Lunsklip Fisheries team are actively involved in the structuring and governance of aquaculture locally and abroad.
