About Lurdy

Lurdy Shopping and Office Centre: At the heart of Budapest, Lurdy stands as a beacon of innovation and growth. Since 1998, our prime location in District IX ensures superb accessibility. Our figures speak volumes: 33,000 m² of retail space, 21,000 m² of office space, 5,900 m² of conference space, and nearly 4 million visitors annually. Development and Vision: We're more than just a shopping center; we're part of dynamic development. Initiatives like the Budapart project and the construction of 10,000 apartments bolster our status as a leading shopping centre. Our revitalization project (2020-2024) and participation in the South Budapest Gateway Project, including the construction of Europe's most modern athletics stadium, pave our future. A new student city project promises additional momentum. Grow with Us: As a hub of community and sustainable development, we invite you to be part of our exciting future.
